And the Livin' is Easy...

Wow. I'm sitting here in my pajamas drinking coffee at 9:30 a.m. It's so nice. My husband took my son and daughter to school today. It's been so great having him home this entire month. See...he lost his job about four weeks ago. I was worried at first about it (of course!), but he's already found another job and will be starting on Monday. He was lucky...I know. I've been completely spoiled having him here. He's taken my son to school most days, picked him up many days, cleaned out the garage, helped me with a playdate, gone to the store, and even allowed me to go out BY MYSELF in the middle of the day(!!!). Wow. Can't say I won't miss that. But...having a paycheck and health insurance are way more important. And, hey, I've been doing this job for years, so I'm sure we'll all get back to the swing of things really fast.

Now, I'm going to go back to my fast-paced morning of drinking coffee and watching The Jeffersons. Don't get too jealous -after this I have to clean the floors and do laundry. Yay.
