Kappa Publishing is a group that makes tons of puzzle books -sudoku, crosswords, fill-ins, jumbles, etc. Every so often, they offer a contest where you can win a year's subscription to any puzzle book of your choice. A couple of years ago, I actually won and was pretty thrilled about it.
Five winners will be chosen from all the correct entries on the current puzzle. The contest closes on April 1, 2009.
