This cartoon pretty much captures it for me. I have guests coming tomorrow, and at this point, I'm not quite sure they would choose this house over a park bench. The bench could possibly be cleaner, plus they would get the added bonus of fresh air and sleeping under the stars.
With this 70 degree weather, I might just join them.
