Poor Sick Baby
My daughter is still sick. I took her to the doctor on Monday where she was proclaimed to have a virus. Ok, simple enough. I was given medicine, instructions, and, of course, a bill, and that was that. I was expecting a noticeable improvement within 24 hours. Isn't that normally how long it takes to see results? Anyway, I'm not seeing anything but a miserable child. I hate to drag her out again tomorrow, but I think I'm going to have to take her back to the doctor again. Maybe if I just call and explain the situation then they'll just call something in for her. Probably not. It's never that simple. I'm sure I'll have to bring her in. I wish doctor's still made housecalls. Listen to me..."still"... Like I remember when they EVER made housecalls!

I hope the baby starts feeling better. I really enjoy your blog - I can keep up with what is happening with you. Also I love the references to the different web sites- I am getting ready to draw a house right now. Can't wait to see you all when you come back to West Virginia.
My husband took her to the doctor today. She has a small rash from the high fever, but the doctor said that she's getting over everything. She said that we should see an improvement in a couple more days. So, that's good news. This has not been easy for her!
Thanks for writing!!
