LifeSkills Award

Well, I had to make an attempt to get dressed and look decent again today. But I was happy to do it! My son won his first award at school!!!!! At the end of every nine weeks (which is today), a few students are given "lifeskills" awards. Those are given to students who exemplify different skills that they feel our necessary in life (integrity, honesty, etc.) Well, before the principal called my son's name to the front, she said, " These skill is one we rarely see in a kindergartner, and so I'm proud to present the award of 'organization' to ..." ! Pretty big, isn't it?! I was thrilled! Everyone clapped, and I even heard a few "wow"s here and there. I tried to take a few pictures, but they didn't turn out at all. (I'm not a good photographer.) I'll take a few pictures of him with his certificate when he gets home.
