It's Only Wednesday

I have some big plans today - store, bank, and dollar store. I live one adventureous life, don't I? I even upgraded my usual appearance from "bag lady chic" to "average, everyday slob". I really went all out. (sigh)

I just don't dress up anymore. What's the point? I'm constantly chasing and cleaning, and well...my children often use me as a napkin, too. I can't believe there was a time in my life where my looks were important. I mean, they still are in a way, but I just don't have time to focus on looking nice or obsessing over every flaw. (I did notice a new wrinkle on my face, though. Yay.)

I envy these mothers that always look so put together. Their hair is always so perfectly styled. They're not only wearing makeup, but it is precisely applied. Their clothes...match. Ugh. I need a makeover big time. I wouldn't even know where to start.

Sorry...I'm just in a really blah mood today.
